I noticed the first flower on one of the plants yesterday and I can see quite a few little buds starting too.

We have one fruit growing in one of the plants and four of them have a flower each. I am already thinking of the delicious dishes from these!

The first cucumber of the year went into our lunch sandwich today :)

I finally got around to harvesting two of the broccoli heads, though they were ready to start blooming. I made a nice chutney of the broccoli with a lot of cilantro and peanuts!

Beans have been harvested in plenty. So far I think we have about 4 pounds and there is gonna be another round of plucking tomorrow. We are going to be eating a lot of beans this summer.

Roasted four of the chillies for a yummy evening snack! There is more on the plants :)

We had our first Zucchini from this plant. The plant itself has not grown much, but I am sure we will have more of these to come!

What i did with the zucchini? Broiled it in the oven with some kosher salt, chili powder with a squash and some anaheim chilllies.

We plucked out our first Jalapeno today. There are already a few little ones in the other plants. This one is ready to go in the salsa with the tomatilloes.

We harvested a few tomatilloes today! They are pretty small, but the husks completely browned and started to peel off. There were a couple that had fallen off from the recent storms, so now we have enough to make some salsa. All the plants are very healthy and growing nicely.

All the beans are germinating from day before yesterday.
