Jodee's Stump garden

When I moved it there was a huge stump in the middle of this lawn area. I started the garden around it to camouflage it. The front part I dug up the lawn and amended the soil. The lawn was so thick it took hours. The back half, with the dappled willow and smoke bush, I didn’t dig out the grass. I put down newspaper and mulch. We’ll see what happens…..
