Rebecca's (Perennial) Sun garden
This is the Sun Garden. The bed is divided with new plants being grown on one side every year, and the other side is home to well established plants that multiply. There are some annuals that are thrown in for good measure as well – attracting butterflies and hummingbirds.
Much of the sun garden is filled with daisy type flowers. I truly love daisies. All varieties of the flower and all colors. Quiet a few of the collections that I have were given to me by friends, so that makes the garden a little extra special, too. In addition to the daisy-like flowers Black-eyed Susans, Mexican Hat, and Echinacea, the garden holds a collection of Yarrow, Poppy, Love in a Mist, Forget Me Not, Coreopsis, etc.

Hi Rebecca, your Black Eyed Susan(fulgida)caught my eye. I have them in my garden and they are just beginning to flower now but go on into September. You certainly get weather extremes where you live. I’m about seven miles from the south coast in probably one of the mildest climates in UK and can grow quite a wide variety especially with the effects of climate change.
