Will Shattuck's Frontyard - Flower Bed garden

This is the front yard flower bed. It started with miniature roses, but is currently infested with Bermuda grass. My first plan is the eradicate the Bermuda grass, cultivate the soil, plant some more miniature roses (I love they way they look in full bloom) and add some accent plants in-between.
