Here is how i made this:

- 2 pots (1 shorter than the other, fits right on top)
- Line the shorter pot with jiffy cloth inserting the jiffy in the holes and leaving to dangle free
- fill long pot with water and nutrient, place shoter pot on top so that dangly jiffy bits can absorb water from below.

place outside!
