Darn Birds!
And here I was thinking it was safe to take the cage off because the cats should leave it alone! The darn birds chomped a few of the brand new beans! I wasn’t planning on keeping the cage on throughout the whole season. I was hoping to use it on a new garden. Guess I’ll be needing another cage AND another box.

I’m pretty good at scaring off sparrows, blackbirds and pretty well everything else over here in the UK, and that’s after I try and encourage them in my garden with bird food and all that stuff…
