Harvesting: Thinning and Harvesting
We cleared out all the Watermelon Radishes today, and took advantage of the room to further thin the chard and harvest a few baby leaves. In our standard garlic-and-oil sautee they were delicious!
Perhaps they’ll appreciate the extra room (they were certainly crowded by the radishes) and will grow faster…
