Beachrockerheidi's Mammoth Dill

It had been about a week with my sprout remaining unchanged, but finally it’s showing some progress towards an actual dill plant. I’m not sure if the magic was happening under the soil all this time, or the soil has some nutrient issues, but I was beginning to wonder when it was going to wither up and die. So hopefully this new growth will get the ball rolling so I might have enough dill to actually use someday!

So this sprout has been in my pot for a while, but it doesn’t look very substantial for mammoth dill, so I just figured it was a weed, and have just let it be until I found out. I searched for sprout pictures online tonight, and behold! my “weed” might actually be what I was hoping for. Let’s just hope it grows because it is my only prospect so far.
