My sister and I were out yard saling one day and we came to this house with a lady sitting next to a hugh pot of this plant that was broken into small pieces. We bought our little things and after handing her our money she asked if we would like a cutting of Kitty’s Fur. Neither my sister nor I had ever heard of the plant and she said that she gives it away every year at her annual yard sale. We both said “Sure!”. She said that we can bring it in for winter, then put it back outside and it would do fine. That it spreads quickly so it should be kept in a container. After planting it, I got online to see what I could find out and I found absolutely nothing. I cannot find any plant known as “Kitty’s Fur”. I’m hoping someone here can help be identify the plant. It started out looking like photo number 3, but it has indeed done extraordinarily well with no fussing over it. The plant actually does appear to have very fine fur on the leaves but not like Lamb’s Ear. This actually does look like fur.
