    Bunching Onion Sprouting: After 14 days...

    True to the seed packet guidelines, which gave anywhere from 10-15 days to sprout, these began peeking through the soil after 2 weeks.

    Bunching Onion Sown

    We planted these in 2/3 of the space vacated by the Cherry Belles. They are labeled “Onion Bunching/ Scallion/ Italian Red of Florence” and purportedly take around 100 days to harvest. These are “intermediate day” onions and are supposed to grow in most areas of the US.
