These Heirlooms Beet seeds were packed for 1999 for Burpee Seeds. Beautiful, sweet flavored roots with concentric red and white alternating rings. Mild flavored greens are ideal raw or cooked. Ready to pull about 54 days after sowing. Can sow year yound. Seedlings emerge 10-21 days depending on soil and weather.Thin gradually to stand about 4" apart when seedlings are 1-2 inches high.
