Maggie's Chives
Allium schoenoprasum

First got this from some sprouts at Whole Foods, and it has done very well. It gave me amazing seeds this year which was reassuring, but I am unsure of what to do with them, since I really don’t cook with chives ALL that much. I may try and grow some from seeds and then get rid of the rest, since it’d be nice to have stuff that I actually grew. Though, if it ain’t broke…
