Iechris's Chili Pepper 'Long Thin Cayenne'
Capsicum annuum

Grown from a nursery transplant from the Farmer’s Market, this in the side yard part of my vegetable garden. This is anothe prolific pepper for me. I have also found that dried ground cayenne is called for MUCH more often than fresh cayenne in recipes. I have a number of these in the freezer.
