The ("real") spring onions I bought and planted are growing new leaves from where I’d snipped off the old ones. Very vigorous growth. Am planning to fertilize them frequently using diluted fish emulsion.

Sprouting: After 14 days...

We planted these in 2/3 of the space vacated by the Cherry Belles. They are labeled “Onion Bunching/ Scallion/ Italian Red of Florence” and purportedly take around 100 days to harvest.
