Showing True Leaves: Cucumber Mid East Prolific
So far about half of the seeds have sprouted – now to true leaf stage. Need to move from the greenhouse into the garden bed. Half eaten by snails, the last of 4 is a tough little seedling. Showing small true leaves. Mulched the tub this one lives in.

Setting Fruit: The girls are here, late
This plant is now three meters long and has been growing male flowers for a long time. I had given up when some female flowers showed up. It was too late to hand pollinate them (I am on the 12th floor, so no bees.) But there are more that I am pollinating now, so I may have some cucumbers after...
