Blooming: Shooting to seed
Once parsley’s gone to seed, what happens next? I’ve never actually grown it before. Do I leave it, and will it get bushy again – or do I need to plant new ones when the hot weather finishes? This entry is about Mezfank's Flat-Leaf Parsley in the Herb garden.

Harvesting: Cutting the Paarsley
I cut about a foot of branches from the large plant of Parsley on Sept 26. These were brought in the house for drying. The plant remaining in the Herb Garden is still showing some very slow signs of continued new growth, even at this time of year. This plant may return in the spring, since it did...This entry is about Sne Irish's Petroselinum crispum - Flat Italian Parsley in the Herb garden.

I bought a plant of this Parsley from WalMart. It was planted in the Herb Garden on May 25, 2008. It did very well over the summer, growing to about a foot or more tall. This entry is about Sne Irish's Petroselinum crispum - Flat Italian Parsley in the Herb garden.

Since all my last year’s parsley has gone merrily to seed like the merry biennial it is, and I have been a bit lame about growing new parsley from seed (I did grow some, just not much, and it’s straggling a bit), I decided to cheat and buy a punnet of parsley seedlings from the hardwa...This entry is about Glittertrash's Parsley '08 in the Nunnery Herb Garden garden.

Dying Down: Excellent progress!
What a fantastic success this was. I ended up with a parsley bush! My mom came down at the end of August and let out a big “wow” when she saw my herbs and how big they all were. We had Tabouli a few times this year, which is one of our favourites, but we never make. I had also foun...This entry is about Crimsonsketch's Flat Parsley in the Backyard - Raised Bed garden.

Showing True Leaves: Doing much better in the front yard
I’m finally seeing some real progress on this little patch of Parsley. I would say it’s about 3-4 inches tall now. It would probably be taller, but its getting a lot of shade from the squash plants that surround it.This entry is about Marko's Parsley (probably Italian) in the Front Yard Vegetable garden.
