Harvesting: Last harvest

Harvesting: Tiny
I harvested about four of these, two were tiny, marble-sized and two were a bit bigger than a golf ball. I turned them into a salad by roasting them and wilting some beet greens + chard. Together with some blue cheese, balsamico, olive oil and walnuts it made for a nice side dish! This entry is about Annet's Beetroot 'Egyptian' in the 'Veggie' Raised Bed & Pond garden.
