Where is everyone?-
Have we really only got three chickens?
Our girls have been providing us with 3 – 4 eggs daily, with weights in the high 50 and low 60 grams. This is way beyond the average figures for the breed. Today one of the eggs weighed in at a whopping 72 gm (2.54 oz). Maybe this was their way of thanking us for letting them have free roam...

The tomatoes are really suffering at the moment
The plants in the ground are very wilty and they definitely need twice a day watering. Perhaps the person who said that Darwin Cup Day is the start of the Buildup was right?! When inappropriate language is used, the offender cops 10 push-ups or sit ups. My arms are strengthening up nicely LOL. Latest time was due to Kala standing on Patricks box and breaking a chunk off the side.

Hey! They werent there yesterday!

Finished off the citrus food, spread around the sulphate of potash, added a touch of Epsom salts for the magnesium , the cow poo and Henry next door said I could grab some of his super duper mulch from Shoal Bay. Add the foliar and watering and hopefully I will get lots of fruit during the Wet!
