The squash vine that ate Massachusetts
Perhaps it is best that I moved the dahlias and the peas were eaten by rabbits. I apparently seriously misjudged the amount of space I needed for winter squash. I shouldn’t plant shop while hungry. We were on vacation for a week that rained here, and apparently the squash has taken ov...This entry is about Kat Powers's Deion's garden.

One row got fallen on by one of the kiddoes, and it just never recovered. The others just didn’t take off. I think perhaps they were over planted after...This entry is about Om's Chimeria garden.

We didn’t have a real bad storm, but we did get some very heavy, very fast rain. It beat down this garden that is the most exposed. Also, since it gets so much sun, the plants seem to be rather tall. Right now the garden looks bare, because the four o’clocks are only in their first ye...This entry is about Om's South Flower garden.

Seed Saving - Step One: Isolating Seeds
I’ve been doing a bit of research on seed saving techniques and thought I would journal them so I don’t forget what to do next year! So far I’ve isolate seeds from Black Cherry, Black Krim, Pink Ping Pong and just today Persimmon. I cut circles from my wedding veil on Sunday, which ironically...This entry is about Ceae's Kitchen Garden garden.

Changed the stones. Tightened into a square and filled in with growing mix to make a raised bed. Added 2 solar lights at opposite corners and buried 4 potted hostas, 1 on each side to test how I like them there. This entry is about Crimsonsketch's Backyard - Around the tree garden.
